I am anxious to tell why I believe in the existence of a Creator, whom no one has ever seen. I want to explain what convince me of the resurrection of Jesus, even though billions and billions of people have died and none of them come back to
life. I long to share how my subjective personal experience in life affirms me of the objective reality of the spiritual world. However, there is something I need to clarify before all of these.
What do I mean by “believe”?
Firstly, I believe that there is a Creator who creates the Universe, including me, and this Creator is the God described in the Bible. This first item is what I am going to write about the most in the coming posts.
Secondly, we humans are separated from God because of our sins. The harmony, peace, and joy with the Creator are lost because of this separation.
Thirdly, Jesus is the answer to the problem. His death pays for our debt of sins. As the famous Bible verse says, “For God so love the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life”.
Finally, Jesus resurrected from his death. Anyone who invites Jesus to be his or her personal savior will restore fellowship with our Creator. He or she will enjoy an abundant life on earth, and eternal fellowship with the Creator after.
Resurrection is my second most interested topic to write about, after Creation.
Friends, you would not understand how difficult it is for me to write the above! I want to make it theologically correct, but at the same time be as concise as possible. They are similar to the Four Spiritual Laws, but there are definitely differences too.
God/the creator's existence is something I am always questioning. I like to find meaning in life, thus always questioning. I am leaning towards Christianity and have been questioning my pastor about his existence. I'd love to hear more on your stance on Jesus.
