This blog is a letter to my friends, family, and community. My goal is to tell them why I have believed in Jesus since I was a teenager, why I still believe in Him today, and why I believe I will be committed to him until the end of my days.
Who am I?
I came to the United States in pursuit of a graduate degree in Physics, as I have had a passion in Physics and Math ever since I was young. I received my Ph. D. degree in high energy theoretical Physics from the University of Pennsylvania.
I thought I would stay in academia forever. However, this was not the Lord's plan. After I finished my graduate studies, I worked at Microsoft as a software engineer for more than a decade. Today, I run my own tutoring company, and I am the primary STEM teacher. I find fulfillment teaching and running my own business.
Currently, I am enrolled in an online master's degree in Apologetics. I am drawn to Apologetics because as with Math and Physics, it is rooted in reasoning.
My life would not be complete without my wife, two sons, and dog.
This is my brief biography. My plan is to post every week. I would be thrilled if one or more of you would comment once in a while!
Just passed the first anniversary of your blog. Thanks for introducing me to this. It’s a great way to share your vision and passion over blog, especially with the depth and breadth of knowledge you have. I’m sure they are going to stimulate thoughts on everyone’s pursue of life’s purpose. Despite being your senior from high school, I will humble myself to be inspired by you, my master 😉
Im still not sure what to write, the first time I wrote a comment the app deleted it. :') But Im always open to learning, debating, and conversing with my favorite mentor. At the moment Im trying to better understand the universe. Although I do not currently share the same beliefs as you Im always happy to having my understanding challenged. Im actually very interested in apologetics and very curious what kind of evidence and arguments they will bring to the table. It's always a pleasure to learn more from you.
I’m so excited you decided to start this blog! I’m glad that I can get to know you better personally…which is something I haven’t done even after being your student for many years. You have my full support!
This was a nice introduction to a blog! It’s short and simple, but also sweet in a way. I’ve been a student for about 6-7 years and this is the first time I think I’ve heard about your backstory, so it was interesting hearing about it! Good luck with everything!
Wow, this was pretty interesting to read since I was did not know much about your background, even after having been your student for more than 8 years. I look forward to more posts.
